Okay, I’m going to take my time to share my experience. If it even helps one, I will be very happy. I went to their shop on Nov 1 and gave measurements and they said it will take 15 days, I said okay and left. On Nov 13th they call me again to tell me that they missed taking a specific measurement and wanted me to come again. I went and the chudi was delivered after 7-8 days on Nov 22. When we tried it, the fit was totally off the pant was like a 3/4th. I said my concerns and they said they would deliver it in 2 days, 24th Nov, they didn’t call or text, I asked if it’s ready, no, it was not. I let it go. On Nov 25, I was in an hurry and wanted it before 1PM and I called them at 11 once, they said they will porter it as I was unable to go. I sent my addresses and waited patiently for an hour, the message was not seen, no reply, I called twice, no response. After few minutes, they call and say it calmly that they were trying but in fact, the message was not seen until the last 5 minutes. I was very patient throughout the 25 days and I lost cool, the moment they lied, I asked them the address message was read 5 minutes ago and how is it fair that you lie. Without hesitation, she told me that I overreacted and it was unnecessary. Of course it was unnecessary if they were professional enough to share the updates and understand my position too. They charge higher than any boutique and their fit was very normal nothing special about it. But they do not have any professionalism and nothing is done on time. If they could deny any one single sentence, I mentioned, I will agree. People who are trying them out, please please be careful with your dresses because they specialise in bridal wear. I really don’t have much complaints regarding fit, it could have been better, but it’s agreeable. But the attitude is not something we would want to deal with as a humans. I’m too disappointed in their service and attitude.
