I am extremely angry and disappointed with the irresponsible service at The Chennai Silks. I missed a package on November 10, and from that day onwards I have been calling them every single day. Not once have they given a proper update. All they do is make empty promises — first they said they would courier it, then they asked me to pay for it, and still nothing has been done. Now they suddenly demand a letter, but when I asked for the format, they completely ignore my messages and calls. This level of carelessness, negligence, and zero accountability is unacceptable. They clearly do not respect their customers’ time or money. I will never trust their service again if this is how they treat people.
