Snehalayaa Silks - Coimbatore

The staff here totally deserve 5 stars! I actually left my handbag in the shop and was halfway home to Pollachi when I realized. I called them up, and they were super cool about it, promising to courier it to me. And guess what? I got it the very next day! These guys are awesome. Now, about the stuff in the shop – they have some really nice collections and cool new designs. But, we did notice that a lot of the sarees, even the really expensive ones over 15,000, had a few little flaws. They said it's normal for handloom sarees, but honestly, when you're paying that much, it's a bit hard to accept. We checked out the top floor where they keep all the fancy premium stuff, and wow, it's all so gorgeous! I'm definitely planning to get something from there soon. Oh, and they even brought us coffee! ☕️

I had a truly delightful experience shopping at Snehalaiya Silks. The store has a rich and elegant collection, with beautiful sarees that reflect both quality and traditional craftsmanship. A special thanks to the salesperson Jesiliya for her excellent service. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the different fabrics and designs, helping me choose sarees that perfectly matched my taste and budget. Her warm attitude and professionalism made the entire visit very comfortable, and because of her support, I would be happy to visit Snehalaiya Silks again and recommend it to friends and family.

A wide variety of options across various ranges of SAREES. Staff across the store especially Ganeshan & Guruprasath were exemplary when it came to customer service. Very polite and very helpful at every step. Overall an amazing experience.
