Absolutely terrible experience. We trusted her with our wedding reception outfits, and she completely ruined them. My gown was stitched carelessly — the lace and embroidery were uneven, misaligned, and poorly finished. It looked rushed and unprofessional, nothing like what was discussed. My husband’s suit was also stitched badly and did not fit properly at all. For such an important occasion, this level of work is unacceptable. What made it worse was her attitude. She was arrogant, dismissive, and did not respond properly when we raised concerns. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to fix the mistakes. This was for our wedding reception — a once-in-a-lifetime event — and we were extremely stressed because of her poor workmanship and behavior. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting her with important outfits.
