I have given a simple gown stitching with minimal stone work , it's very minimal stone work(I asked for minimal stone work)and they purchased a little more material for the bottom since the material I gave was not enough which is totally fine and good. It was not a grand worked gown, stitching is fine, but its not budget friendly since I had to pay totally 6000. They gave it quickly , fast stitching and stitching is good, Everything is good, but not budget friendly. I dont know how to bargain or if they were true.. I felt bad that I had to pay 6k for a minimal gown design with extra material purchased from what I gave. Even without purchase it would have been 5k, but not worth 5k.
