Purchased 3 metres of Banarasi silk running fabric, priced at ₹1500/ metre. I was clearly told that it was pure, original silk. However, when I got home and did a burn test on a loose thread, it turned out to be fake silk. I did not expect this from such a big and reputed brand that is known specifically for pure silk. I had trusted this store for years, believing they sell genuine silk. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I will never shop here again. I would strongly advise customers not to blindly trust their silk claims.

We visited on Jan 5, 2026 around 10 am in the Morning when the shop was just getting opened. It seems they are not interested in showing Silk Sarees for new customers when requested for Rs 10000 Sarees.Hardly 10 sarees were shown and they said that is all the designs available when so many designs were available in Cupboards and it was not at all shown. It seems they prefer only regular customers or those who can afford costly ones.
