Extremely Disappointing Experience at Oppanakara Veedhi Branch Dear Thangamayil Jewellery Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at your Oppanakara Veedhi branch in Coimbatore. I had invested in Digi Gold with trust and recently visited the store to purchase a chain. Unfortunately, the service experience was extremely poor. • There was no proper welcome. • No staff member greeted us with even a basic smile. • No one offered water or basic hospitality (despite having a robotic water service available). • The collection available was very limited and disappointing. • Overall, the staff attitude felt indifferent and unprofessional. As a customer who invested in Digi Gold and chose Thangamayil Jewellery with trust, I expected respectful and warm service. Instead, the experience was very upsetting and left me dissatisfied. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure better customer service standards at this branch in the future. Hoping for a response and improvement

Vennila, our Sales Executive, attended the customer with great care. She patiently explained the gold collections in detail. Her friendly approach made the experience comfortable. The customer felt valued and satisfied with the service. Overall, it was a wonderful review for gold purchase.

Service was good , but the billing counter is like oven, its too hot and we couldnt stand at all and its very suffocating there, got headache beacuse of it , kindly address this , as the summer is also coming up.

It was a great experience of buying gold and silver jewellery's..and faculty named "Valarmathi" guided us very well throughout the purchase. Apart from that they're conducting some games which was purely enjoyable. Overall its good.
