I just want to share a truly beautiful experience that happened today.
My fiancé and I, along with both our families, had less than one hour to decide and go ahead with our engagement, as my fiancé is flying and had his flight in just about two hours. With very little time in hand, we rushed to Tanishq to get our rings.
What happened there turned into one of the most beautiful and unforgettable moments of our lives.
There was an idol inside the showroom, and we exchanged our rings in front of God. The entire Tanishq team made us feel that this was not just a quick or rushed engagement. They truly made it feel special and meaningful.
They arranged bouquets for us, a cake, played songs for us, and created such a warm and joyful atmosphere. Every single staff member was extremely kind, patient and supportive. We never felt like we were doing something in a hurry. Instead, they made us feel like we were celebrating a proper engagement, just the way it should be.
They also arranged the traditional exchange items for both the families and guided us through everything with so much care.
A very big thank you to Mr. Gokul and the entire Tanishq team for coordinating everything so beautifully. The surprise gift with our photos on it was completely unexpected and truly touched our hearts.
We never imagined that an engagement planned in less than an hour could turn out so perfect. Everything felt so well organised, warm and thoughtfully handled by the Tanishq team. Thank you for turning such a short, sudden moment into a lifelong memory for us.
They sell you defective products. After few months it will be broken and then they treat you like criminals and interrograte you. Then they inform us after weeks, it's due to personal usage, you wear only 1 hour / per year, it won't break again. They won't say it when you buy. Also, for the services they charge you a huge amount. It's entirely a cheating brand. Never ever will step into this brand again. They just post all nice in Social media or when you spend money with them. If there is a defect or you ask questions, they will come aggressive on you. They are completely fine with going legally, they don't even care about it.
EDIT after the response:
It's all explained to email, branch, customer care and the jewellery is holded by Tanshiq and for sure no one cares about the sold defective product. Please don't be sorry as you are very well looting money from customers and acting like you sold a decent product. Such a shame on Indian brands and TATA, never ever trusting as "cheating and looting" it's in the base of the brand.

We had a wonderful experience at Tanishq RS Puram, thanks to the excellent service provided by Ms. Chitra Kala. Over the course of two days, she was with us every step of the way, and we couldn’t have asked for a more polite, smiling, and helpful salesperson.
