Today I had received the replacement jewells (order dated 13.10.2025). My earlier order received jewells is not satisfied and the same was raised concern to queens jewel emporium. So i proposed to replace the jewels to you and they also accepted to replace with new model jewel collection. By seeing today received jewells are awesome and my wife also happy. I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. My mother visited to buy a saree for an upcoming event. She was specifically looking for something modest and elegant, which suited the occasion. There was no budget constraint, but the style she wanted naturally fell into a more affordable range. While a staff member was showing her sarees, they suddenly got up and left midway just because another customer arrived who was interested in buying a more expensive saree. My mother was left standing there without any explanation or courtesy. This behaviour was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. A customer should be treated with the same respect regardless of how expensive their purchase is. The assumption that interest in modest or lower-priced sarees equals lower purchasing power is both wrong and insulting. My mother could have easily purchased a higher-priced saree if she wanted to—but she chose not to because the event required something subtle. Customer service should be based on basic decency and professionalism, not on perceived profit margins. Sadly, this experience showed a clear lack of both. I would not recommend this store to anyone who expects respectful treatment.
