I love this jewelry! The truth is that I was impressed by the collections they have, beautiful things! This time I went with my husband, my baby and my mother-in-law, they treated us very well! From the entrance, they offered us a delicious coffee and well, I bought a necklace with an infinity charm and a gold ring with emeralds. We were pleased to be attended by Yoshi, very friendly and experienced! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything. I'll be back soon. Already missing India!

I am a regular customer of Alukkas Jewellers, and I generally appreciate their good jewellery collection and the fact that the staff interact very politely. Because of this trust, I always expect a high level of transparency in transactions. Recently, I visited the showroom to exchange old gold. After melting, the purity of my gold was tested at around 66% and 76%. The rate displayed was ₹14,720, which is the rate for 916 gold (91.6% purity). However, the calculation was done by directly multiplying ₹14,720 with the purity percentage. My concern was that ₹14,720 is not the 100% gold rate, so ideally the calculation should first derive the 100% gold rate and then apply the actual purity. Initially, the staff tried to convince me that this was the correct method. I continued to raise my concern and requested them to check with higher officials. Only after this was I informed that separating gold in such cases is difficult and that extra charges are involved. I understand that refining losses and additional charges may apply, but these should be clearly explained and shown transparently, rather than being indirectly adjusted in the calculation. While the staff remained polite throughout, the calculation and explanation process could have been clearer from the beginning. Overall, Alukkas remains a trusted brand with a good collection and courteous staff, and I hope they improve transparency in gold exchange calculations to further strengthen customer trust.
