This hall is highly mismanaged and definitely not worth the money they charge. The first impression itself is disappointing — the entrance gate is very small and blocked by tree branches, making it look shabby and unwelcoming. For the price they demand, you would expect at least a properly maintained entryway, but it feels neglected. The manager is extremely unprofessional and does not even have basic manners or courtesy while speaking to customers. Instead of being helpful and respectful, the attitude shown was rude and dismissive, which sets a very bad tone for anyone planning an event here. Inside the hall, the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or polished in a long time. The overall maintenance is poor, with dusty corners, dull interiors, and a lack of proper upkeep. For such high charges, the facilities offered are extremely basic, and the service is nowhere close to what is promised. It’s clear that in the name of ‘Trust,’ they are simply trying to make money without putting in the effort to provide a professional and quality experience.
