The place is maintained well. We can conduct any type of functions like from wedding to birthday party It's located on the main road and easy locatable AVM is an open Garden, spacious, ample car parking and comfortable It also provides convenient features like hand wash, rest and guest rooms. Photo shoots can also be done

It's located on the main road and has easy access next to Arcot road. AVM is an open Garden, spacious, ample car parking and comfortable, with 250 people capacity for a decent gathering. It also provides convenient features like hand wash, rest and guest rooms, which would be a plus for everyone. There is enough space for decoration from the entrance . . . The place decor was classy splendid and also fountain ⛲ with the walk pathway was amazing. The place is maintained clean and tidy. We can conduct any type of functions. There are shops, park, Petrol bunk and temples nearby also.

Perfect place to have your wedding functions. The setup was fabulous. Decoration was outstanding, and the lighting right from the entrance to the stage was on point. Of course the price of the venue was too high, still worth every penny.

This outdoor lawn is in the legendary film studio called the AVM. This campus housed the famous "Bungalow" that has come in so many movies of "Rajini" and "Kamal" produced by AVM. This is a remarkable location to host a lovely outdoor party provided the weather ☁️ cooperates. Better to have the functions during the month of Jan to Feb, most favourable weather conditions then!! They also provide couple of rooms for the Bride and bridegroom families. Car parking space is limited!! This is an iconic place were numerous movies have been shot!!
