Pros: Prompt response: The manager I spoke to was quick to respond, could communicate in English, and listened to the requirements and concerns before suggesting their packages. Efficient management: There was no confusion on coordination or arrangement. Zero communication misses/overlaps. The team that came to do our services could communicate well in English. Prompt service: I had booked their services for two days and on both the days the team came on time and wrapped their service well within time. Patient and skilled artists: If we were unhappy with what they did or wanted last minute changes, they redid whatever we asked them to without any push-backs. They also stuck to our references and did our hair and makeup accordingly. In case, they had better suggestions they also recommended them on the basis of skin texture and hair volume. High-quality products: They use all the products they mention in the catalogs. If you have preferences, you can state them upfront and the team would use the same. Pricing: We were charged 24k for party makeup for 2 days (50% advance.) Prices for convenience and extensions, lashes etc. are separate. Please note that the rates are subject to change according to the management. Cons/Suggestion: We preferred the work of the senior hair artist on the first day over the artist on second day. The hair on first day lasted longer and they way she did her work was also seamless. So in case, you are particular about a style and want the best hands, I think you should ask for the senior artists. That said,I would really like to opt for their services again if need be.
