I am giving this 100% negative review because my experience with WeddingBazaar has been completely disappointing and unprofessional. When I first enquired about creating my Mehndi Artist profile, the marketing team behaved very politely and followed up continuously. They kept calling and convincing me, which made me trust the company. Initially, they quoted ₹12,000 for a 6-month plan. I asked for just 2 days’ time to arrange payment. During those two days, they repeatedly pressured me to immediately take a 12-month plan for ₹20,000, saying there were “limited-time offers” and pushing me emotionally to pay fast. I did not agree and clearly said I only wanted the 6-month plan. After 2 days, they again kept compelling me, so finally I trusted them and paid ₹12,000 as instructed. They asked me to send the payment screenshot, which I did immediately as per their instructions. After receiving the money — everything changed. • No response • No enquiries • No follow-up • The marketing person stopped answering calls • Messages are not replied till now It has been more than 1.5 months, and I have received zero leads. When I contacted customer care, the only response I get every time is: “We are working on it.” This same reply has been repeated for over a month with no real solution, no accountability, and no transparency. This clearly feels like: Good behavior only until payment Zero responsibility after money is received As a small service provider, ₹12,000 is not a small amount for me. This experience has caused mental stress, financial loss, and complete loss of trust. I am attaching payment screenshots and chat proof along with this review so others can clearly see what happens after payment. I strongly warn freelancers, Mehndi artists, photographers, and small vendors: Please think carefully before trusting WeddingBazaar. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend this platform at all. Very disappointed.
