I’ve been following Vermilion decor’s work for the past 4 years. So glad that I chose them for my event. Naresh had contacted me regarding my event decor and we had an initial discussion on what I wanted. The way he followed up on stuff, his plan, his prompt response made me very comfortable. I did not have to worry or think about how the decor will turn out on d day. I met him the day before the event to check out how the work was going. He was extremely polite and helpful. The decor turned out to be very beautiful, it exceeded my expectations to say the least. As a person who pays attention to detail myself, I was awed by the minute details they had created. I really am happy that I worked with him for the event and will definitely reach out to him for any future requirements as well. To begin with, my maiden experience with Vermilion decors gives me a mixed feeling. I hired their service for my daughter's wedding in December 2021. Initially I was dealing with Jaya but as time went by I realised that she was not giving due importance to our opinions nor she gave us some good choices. Finally we decided upon a decor based on the picture that was sent to us and paid the deposit too. Upon closer date to the marriage things regarding stage decor did not go as planned. I did not like Jaya's tone as well. So I demanded another event coordinator. Now Mr Makhdoum Ali came into the picture just a week before marriage. After frantically reviewing few other stage decors we gave up and eventually demanded Mr Mac to give us the same as that was in the picture. Fast forward the stage decor came out amazing on the Big day and kudos to the vendor and to Mr Mac for his valuable support. Onething for sure. If u want to deal with vermilion decors and want the value for ur money pls be firm in all ur dealings with them.

Sharing our personal experience so others don’t face the same. We had initially booked Vermillion Events for a wedding decor in our family. After just one meeting, we trusted their brand based on their Instagram page. BUT… after visiting one of their actual wedding setups — we were shocked. Poor finishing Messy arrangements Products not even close to what they advertise online (Instagram ≠ Reality) Naturally, we cancelled our booking within 2 weeks. But now: No response to calls, No refund of advance, Zero accountability Please be careful before making any bookings with them. What you see online is not what you get.

Don't be deceived by the pictures you see online. The quality of work is below standard and the cost is to high.. totally Dissatisfied with the company's customer relationship. The decor looks so cheap in real life..
