We came to know about Vivahaa Catering thro' Google. Though we had shortlisted many caterers, some referred by relatives & friends and some thro' google, we finalised Vivahaa out of sheer instinct. The moment we called Vivahaa to enquire, Mr. Raghavendra (Owner) said he will come directly and discuss. Next day as promised, he visited us with his laptop and dressed like a corporate professional with his eloquent English. That first approach started to inspire us. He has explained everything in detail clearly and openly. Ofcourse, as a girl's parent, I was worried and at the back of mind, the benefit of doubt kept on lingering. He has sent the entire preliminary menu suggested by us thro' email & whatsapp with approx. total cost. We had suggested few changes in menu, keeping in mind to avoid too many dishes. Mr. Raghavendra was too happy to visit two to three times to understand our requirement and our eagerness to make the function a grand success. I very strongly believe catering is the most important criteria along with the selection of marriage hall, which makes a marriage more memorable and complete. Thus I had shifted 50% of my responsibility on Vivahaa. From day one Vritham to Kattusadam, Vivahaa Team made every moment memorable with their meticulous planning. Every dish served was tasty and sumptuous, especially the mouth lingering Rasam on all days. Everyone praised the food quality, taste and the menu provided. Serving staff were very polite which adds-on to the success. His team Managers, Mr. Bala and Mr. Ramani were very polite and present on all occasions enquiring and informing every next move. Ms. Malathy, who was in charge of Ukranam, made her presence felt every moment. She was very knowledgeable and knows what exactly is required at every point of time. She made every one happy including bridegroom's side. Needless to say, Mr. Rahavendra was present on all days, personally supervising all activities, inspite of having fever. My family members and relatives, including Bridegroom's side were very happy and we wholeheartedly thank the "Team Vivahaa Catering" and Mr. Raghavendra. I am based in Delhi and Vivahaa Catering in Chennai was suggested by my Cousin Mr.T.K. Gopalakrishnan residing there. He also did not have personal experience of Vivahaa Catering but he came to know about them through some reliable source. Vivahaa Catering was one of the few short-listed caterers by me for my daughter's marriage. The review of this Catering through various sources was quite satisfactory. Once I contacted, Mr. Raghavendra of Vivahaa Catering personally visited twice our place in Chennai. He explained the A to Z arrangements in detail and agreed to do everything at the place of marriage i.e, Kuppam in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The menu which was already prepared by us was also discussed and finalised. And we decided to give the Contract to them. Mr. Raghavendra personally visited the place to take stock of facilities available there. Though he was not personally available at the place of event as he was pre-occupied with one of his close relative's marriage on the same day, his team handled the entire event in extraordinarily professional manner. Mr. Raghavendra was available over phone throughout for any issues and he co-ordinated very well with his team to handle the situations. It was totally a tension free event for us so far as catering and other arrangements were concerned. 'Seer' arrangements and ensuring timely availability of items for Vadhyars, events like Janavasam, Unjal, etc. were very well done by one Ms. Durga who was energetic and dynamic and who knew all procedures thoroughly providing guidance also whenever required. She is certainly an asset to the team. Almost all the guests both from our side as well as Groom's side praised a lot about the quality and taste of all food items all the times including 'Kattusadam' and the hospitality extended by the Vivahaa team by way of repeated serving of food items with warmth and smiling face as per requirements of guests. Also the quality and taste of all bakshanams were extremely good and highly complimented by many guests/relatives. In the overall, the services of Vivahaa team were outstanding and excellent in every manner. We highly appreciate their honesty, sincerity, transparency, perfection, commitment to their words, devotion and professionalism.
