CM Limra Caterers completely ruined my wedding experience. They handled catering for my engagement in Chennai, and the food quality was good, which is why I trusted them and booked them for both my Christian wedding and traditional wedding in Karaikudi. However, the traditional wedding on February 22 in Karaikudi was a total disaster. Despite their promises and claims of being experts—especially biriyani—the biriyani was overcooked, the rice was completely ruined, and the overall quality was far below what they had delivered in Chennai. They had clearly promised no chicken wings, yet wings were found in the biriyani. They also forgot to add white sesame seeds (ellu) in Chicken 65. When I questioned this, their response was casual and irresponsible—they said they forgot and even claimed it was “not part of the menu.” I honestly don’t understand how Chicken 65 can be served without white sesame seeds. Other issues: Parotta was not cooked properly They offer ponnu mappilai virundhu utter waste they use gimmick words Their bread halwa is one of the best i know but they ruined that too seriously i can't believe what they did to us Mutton gravy was below standard Food quality was nowhere near what they advertised or delivered earlier I personally spoke to the owners Suhail and Sudarshan, but instead of taking responsibility, they manipulated the situation and kept changing their statements. If customers are not knowledgeable about food, they may believe their explanations—but the reality is very different. We paid several lakhs, yet they refunded only ₹20,000, which is unacceptable given the damage caused to a once-in-a-lifetime event. On top of this, they cancelled my upcoming event on February 26 at the last minute and refunded the amount when I was already in a very difficult situation. This experience caused immense stress, embarrassment, and disappointment to my family and guests. Please think twice before booking CM Limra Caterers, especially for important life events. Based on my experience, they are highly unprofessional and extremely manipulative when things go wrong.
