Large shop with wide-range of designs and collections for all gender and ages. After exploring all related shops at the Phoenix Mall, we settled down at Rmkv and finished buying clothes for everyone in the family. Saree collections are extensive and available in all major design materials. Ethnic wears for girls were very good. Limited choices for little boys though. Friendly staff make it a pleasant experience. Helpful to know that they provide tailoring services to do small alterations. Recommended!
We visited Phoenix RMKV to buy similar sarees for family wedding function... We got amazing sarees. We requested to hold the sarees for a day, and they kindly accepted. We looked out for few other famous shops but weren't satisfied.. We came the next day and bought the sarees. It looked more richer for the price. Other shops did not have 7 similar sarees together.. The sales person was very kind and humble and showed us many options with a smile.. Great place..
The staffs are very rude. Not even allowing customers to purchase as I was very busy couldn't come and shop at the store I went to store at 9 Pm. Elappan security was rude and harrassed me saying that I can't allow inside do whatever you want and keep shouting like dog. I was not expecting this much bad attitude from such reputed company. Very disappointed. One more staff who is there also very rude. Need a explanation for this staff behaviour from company.
Bought golden veshti and shirt and it's cheaper then Ramraj Cotton by βΉ200. Fitting also great. Ethnic collections are great.
Absolutely disgraceful experience at RMKV, Phoenix Market City. My wife visited the store at 9:00 PM, well within the mallβs closing time of 9:30 PM, with the intention of making a purchase. We had already made a purchase from this store just last week, which is exactly why we chose to return. Unfortunately, the treatment she received has made us seriously reconsider ever shopping here again. Instead of being assisted, she was subjected to verbal harassment and intimidation by the staff. The security guard named Elappan behaved in an aggressive and humiliating manner, shouting and refusing entry while making demeaning remarks such as βdo whatever you want.β This conduct was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Another staff member present was also rude and dismissive, reinforcing the hostile attitude. This is not a case of poor service, it is customer mistreatment. Denying entry within business hours is unacceptable. Shouting at and humiliating a customer is indefensible. If RMKV does not wish to serve customers close to closing time, that should be clearly stated. Bullying customers is not an alternative. For a reputed brand, this incident reflects serious gaps in staff training, accountability, and management control. We walked in as returning customers and walked away questioning whether RMKV deserves our business at all. Extremely disappointed. RMKV management must take responsibility and ensure this never happens to another customer.
