I recently Purchased a soft silk saree on Feb 10th, 2026 for around ₹6–7k and wore it for the first time at my cousin’s wedding yesterday (Feb 20th, 2026). I was very disappointed to see the golden zari threads coming out after just one use. I contacted the store, but they refused an exchange and only offered to send it back to the weaver for reweaving the loose threads. Honestly, this is not reassuring for a new saree at this price range in such a bad quality. When we invest in silk, we expect durability and quality for years. I purchased with great happiness, but this experience has been very disappointing. I hope the store takes quality concerns seriously and supports customers better in such cases.
