Nothing but wonderful things to say about Andrew Joseph, he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of choosing my Sangeeth outfit. He gave me amazing recommendations, got them sent to Bangalore for me to try, then ensured they were sent back to Chennai and altered under his supervision and delivered back to me within a very tight timeline. He kept me updated and informed through the entire process and ensured all my needs were met. Special mention to Shravani as well who ensured transit, alteration and delivery of my outfit.

I had my heart set on floral printed lenghas for my wedding and when I found out pernias pop up shop was in chennai and sold them, I had to go. I live out of the country and only had 4 days in Chennai to shop. I messaged Amritha on Whatsapp a few weeks before I arrived to chennai, listing out the lehengas I wanted to try on. They didn't have all the dresses in the store and had to ship it from Mumbai. So I listed 3 outfits I wanted to try on and communicated that I wouldn't be in chennai for very long and need to try on the dresses before I consider purchasing. My home base in Chennai was also over 2 hour drive to pernias so it really wasn't an easy journey getting there. Amritha informed me that the outfits I wanted to try on would be shipped and at the Chennai store the day I came to try them on. The day off, I confirmed with Amritha that I was arriving that day and the time I was arriving. However to my disappointment, when I got to the store, the dresses I wanted to try on were not there. And they tried to convince me to buy a larger sized and more expensive version of the dress. So I left feeling really bummed about the slim chance I had to buy the lehenga I wanted. Later that night, Amritha sent me a video of the dress I wanted and I told her if she can get it to the store in 2 days (which was my last day in chennai), I can try it on. However, I remained skeptical if it would actually arrive on time. 2 days later, Amritha sent me updates on the status of the dress delivery and informed me that the dress had arrived to the store. When I went to the store, the dress was in fact there and I tried it on and loved it. I was given space to focus and try on the dress and ask questions and feel really confident that I wanted to get it. I was leaving from Chennai the next day, so the dress absolutely had to be delivered to the place I was staying at before I left. Amritha made sure the blouse was tailored and the dress was detailed and delivered to my place a few hours before I left Chennai! I was so impressed that everything got done in time with such little notice!! Although the start of my experience did not go well, if it wasn't for Amritha, I wouldn't have gotten my dream lehenga!! I am so grateful to her!!

Had a great experience with picking and customizing my daughter’s wedding lehenga. Abi was very patient while we went back and forth and made our decisions and helped with the measurements with Vani. Vani was also great helping with the exact measurements and customizations and contacting the designer with any queries. I highly recommend to anyone who is shopping for important events.
