The store has good collections, and I appreciate that they also have an in-house tailor. Customers have the option to either buy fabric and get it stitched there or alter readymade suits, which is convenient. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the attitude and behavior of the staff. During my first visit, the stitching charges for 4 chudidhar materials were incorrectly calculated as 5, and I was charged extra. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a cash refund, the staff told me that I could only recover the extra amount by shopping again. This was clearly not my fault, and such handling is unacceptable. My second visit was even worse. A Tamil lady wearing a saree was rude and abusive in her behavior. She assumed that we would not purchase anything and treated us very disrespectfully. I had selected some clothes and kept them aside for shortlisting, but she instructed another salesgirl to put them back, assuming I would not buy them. When I asked her to show chudidhar materials, she bluntly said, “This costs ₹10,000,” and was completely unwilling to show any pieces, making me feel judged and unwelcome. This second visit was a horrible experience, and it is unfortunate because the store itself has good products. I sincerely hope the management takes serious action regarding staff behavior, as no customer deserves to be treated this way.
