I had a very disappointing experience with this store regarding transparency and basic respect. I noticed a discrepancy between the shipping fee I was paid and the official postage cost listed on the India Post tracking portal. The seller intentionally sent me a cropped photo of the postal slip to hide the actual tariff. When I politely messaged them to ask about this discrepancy, they ignored my messages for hours (despite reading them). When they finally replied, instead of apologizing or explaining, they were incredibly unprofessional—calling me a 'fool' and mocking me. In this digital age, it is very easy to verify shipping costs. It isn’t about the money difference; it is about the dishonest practice of hiding receipts and the verbal abuse when caught. I would strongly advise others to be careful and verify what you are being charged for. Terrible customer service. Very bad .
