I purchased a bottle green soft silk saree for Varamahalakshmi for ₹11,500. The saree has serious color bleeding issues. I have already shared the photographs as proof. However, instead of addressing the issue, your team is refusing to accept the complaint and asking me to “write the color,” which is completely unreasonable and not possible. The defect is clearly visible in the pictures provided. This is not my first purchase from your store. I have previously purchased sarees worth ₹30,000 from you, trusting your quality and service. This kind of response is extremely disappointing. I request you to kindly resolve this issue immediately by providing a proper replacement or refund.
