Extremely poor service in handling customers. Very rude behaviour by SUBASHRI and PAVITHRA. Team vivah kindly hire proper staffs. Because of this your reputation is going low. Kindly check with your CCTVs with their approach towards customers. If such a person is going to continue in your showrooms your team will face hectic situation very soon.

Extremely disappointing experience. There were three staff members who were completely unwilling to assist or show me anything. Even though I really liked the collection, I lost all interest in buying because of the way they looked at me—as if wondering why I even walked in. Please consider changing the staff. There was literally no one else in the store, yet their attitude was terrible. I will never visit this place again.

Vivah bridal collection is a best place for rental jwellery very exclusive and unique design I just visited the shop for Baby shower at 14 th Sunday I really loved the ambiance and even the staffs are very good there are 2 staffs but named as subasree was very kind and polite she helped me to select the jwellery tq very much and actually when I enter the shop I don't have any idea but the girl suba helped me more my work also finished easily♥️
