I visited this bridal jewellery rental shop to book jewellery for an occasion. They informed me that once a jewel is booked, it cannot be exchanged or changed, and photography is strictly prohibited. I went ahead and paid βΉ8,000 in advance for a total rental amount of βΉ13,000. Unfortunately, due to an unavoidable personal situation, I had to cancel the rental. When I visited the shop to explain, they were not willing to refund even a small part of the advance amount. I understand policy constraints, but I expected a bit more empathy or flexibility given the genuine situation. Iβm disappointed that my βΉ8,000 was completely lost. If youβre planning to book here, I would strongly recommend paying only when youβre 100% sure about your decision. Even for blocking dont pay, there are lot other rental places around the same area. Their policies are rigid, and the customer service is not accommodating or friendly.
I had a disappointing experience at this shop regarding a rental jewellery transaction. I was asked to pay a βΉ1000 security deposit, which they assured would be refunded upon returning the jewellery. However, even after returning it in proper condition, the deposit was not returned as promised. They have only returned after multiple followups and when I visited the shop. What made the situation worse was the behavior of one of the staff members, Ms. Mercy. As a salesperson, she showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. When I followed up politely about the refund, she was mocking me and laughing in the background, when I called to follow up on my refund. This is not how any customer should be treated and which was both humiliating and unacceptable. This kind of behavior is not expected from someone dealing with customers. Initially, I was genuinely impressed with their collection and even thought of coming back to take rental jewellery for my wedding. But after this experience, especially the behavior of their salesperson Ms. Mercy, I've completely changed my mind. She was extremely unprofessional. However, I would like to mention that there is a senior staff member in the shop who was polite and professional. She knows how to treat customers with respect. The shop should consider hiring more people like her who actually understand customer service. They need to hire people who know how to deal with customers respectfully and responsibly. Because of this, I will not recommend this shop to anyone until they improve their service. Thank you.

Silver collection is very good and the prices of the jewels are extraordinary the customer service is also good they are treating us very well
Good collections... Silver jewellery rental cost 12.5k but worth to give that money...ll looks like wearing gold. Even normal jewellery collections and quality is good, it ll cost around 7.5k Bangle collections are less. They ll allow video calls but not photos. Staff behaviour is bad,not treating the customer good
