If you value your money, your sanity, or your special day, stay FAR away from this store. I rented jewellery for my event, and the piece literally fell apart right before I even got to wear it. Imagine standing there, all dressed up, and the jewellery you paid for snaps like a cheap toy. That’s exactly what happened. And the best part? They refused to reduce even a single rupee from the rental price for something that broke before it even touched my skin. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Just excuses and attitude. Their customer service is a joke, and their quality is even worse. Don’t let them ruin your event the way they tried to ruin mine. There are plenty of other rental stores that actually respect their customer this one clearly doesn’t. While writing a review, I honestly have no idea how this store still keeps staff with such an attitude. I see a lot reviews mentioning the staff’s. The woman everyone keeps mentioning has absolutely zero idea how to treat customers or even respond properly. She takes no accountability for anything, and for every small thing she has to call someone else to come and handle it. I genuinely don’t understand how she’s still employed — her behaviour, lack of responsibility, and complete absence of basic customer-handling skills make the whole place look totally unprofessional.

The store has a nice collection of rental jewelry, but the staff’s attitude was very disappointing. The owner, one staff woman, and two boys were there, but none of them seemed interested in helping or showing matching pieces properly. The woman was on her phone most of the time and didn’t assist us at all. But when we finally decided to book, she suddenly came forward and started requesting us to confirm the booking. Clearly only interested when it came to money. It felt very unprofessional. A good collection or name/brand alone isn’t enough if the staff have no courtesy or interest in customers.

We rented jewellery for my sister's engagement and to our suprise it is good in quality and the designs are Soo good and elegant that too in reasonable price. Don't hesitate to buy jewellery from them, they never disappoint with their quality and designs❤️.
