I highly recommend stopping by Kushal’s at T Nagar next time you are around in the neighbourhood. The staff is really friendly and patient and helped me find the right jwellery for me. I had an amazing experience here and highly recommend shopping here !

We went to this shop with great anticipation and excitement regarding the products after hearing about it from some friends. We left disappointed as the staff wasn't courteous and never smiled a single time. They looked like they ate a lemon and just gave us sour looks. Not only that, while the collections were nice, there wasn't much variety to choose from. I would not recommend to anyone ever.

The low rating is solely due to customer service. Products are undoubtedly good. Their staff has too much attitude. I been to Kushals Velachery and they are decent, polite. But the staff here is like non receptive, non welcoming,and has a sad arrogant face ,like we came to buy with their money. Also, their air conditioning is switched off to save electricity I guess. It's hotter than the outside climate. And when we asked if they could turn the AC on or increase the cooling, they had a judgemental face and passed some remarks on to other staff members.

Service was very good. The attendant Nancy was very calm and helpful. Best place to purchase jewellery
