Fraud Fraud Fraud! Biggest cheaters. We purchased gold rings with AD diamonds and they charged full gold rates. They did not deduct AD weight which cost almost 1.5gms. AD worth is Zero. Total waste!!!

Hi friends be cautious while weighing ur old gold.They kept their weighing machine in such an hidden position and cheating us.Be there watch carefully orelse find out the weight of ur jewel somewhere before going there.Its my personal experience. Till last I couldn't find what they are doing,but I can realize I was cheated in weighing our old gold.But damp sure karma will pay for their cheating.

They are not following the market policy for exchanging the old gold. Recently I sold old gold and bought a product and asked them to fix the rate for balance gold that was exchanged. They have converted to cash without informing me for the balance gold and upon return after 2 months to buy jewelery for balance gold it was shocking that they have not fixed the rate or weight for the balance gold which was left with them 2 months back. Very poor customer support and they are not ready to follow the current rules and policy in the market. Very frustrating experience.

I have been purchasing from Konika for last 20 years excellent quality , design and range. I recommend all to purchase from them.
