Worst experience ever. There is absolutely no accountability for their mistakes. Despite having a “secured” room, we lost all our gold jewellery and cash from their locker. The thief broke the glass window, entered the room, and walked out—yet no one noticed. In just 10 minutes, our lifelong savings were gone. If cash is “not supposed” to be kept in their locker, then why even provide one? Why create the illusion of security? And to make things worse, the management lady refused to share the owner’s contact number during such a critical situation. We are responsible for our own staff, but when someone breaks a window inside their premises and steals our hard-earned money, who is accountable then? Please think twice before booking your functions here. What we faced, I genuinely hope no one else ever experiences. ```
