I was forced to edit this review after seeing the service of Procolor. I booked Procolor from Canada after thinking that they have been in service for many years. So first to start off, if you are considering procolor for small functions like mehendi and haldi, they do a great job but think again for your wedding. The wedding shooting was pathetic, that is the word I am being forced to use. Nothing was captured properly, they were just limited to the hall People werent covered properly, my grandmother was in the first row , but nothing was captured. There after service is POOR, album delivery isnt on time, multiple follow ups have to made for every little thing. For example, even my doli shots, bridal entry shots werent put properly in the video. To be honest, I am disappointed in them. Initially the team was nice but then again the work is what speaks for itself. Now that I am back in Canada, my mother is doing all the follow ups and telling them every little thing which is self understood. I wouldnt recommend them for wedding videography!!
