I booked Rahul for all my wedding functions after a detailed discussion about our expectations for photography and videography. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. It’s been over six months since our wedding, and we still haven’t received wedding reels that meet even basic quality standards. Communication throughout has been poor and unprofessional. The team seems to be stuck in the past, both in terms of style and execution—the photos, videos, and editing feel outdated, like something from the 90s, not reflective of modern-day standards. Despite agreeing to a clear budget and deliverables, the results have been underwhelming. This was the most important day of our lives, and what should’ve been beautiful memories captured on film has instead turned into regret and frustration. If Rahul had any doubts about meeting our expectations, that should’ve been communicated upfront. What we saw in his samples is nowhere close to what we received. Worse still, there has been zero accountability from Rahul or his team. The lack of empathy or responsibility is appalling. A wedding photographer needs to understand the emotional value of their work—and this team clearly does not. If you’re a bride or groom looking for someone who truly respects and understands the importance of their role, I strongly recommend going with someone else. Despite our politeness and cooperation throughout the event, the results have been the exact opposite of what was promised. I’ve now lost interest in my own wedding photos and videos, simply because of how poorly they were handled. Lastly, to mention his remarks about needing extra payment for “extra work”: if you can’t deliver quality within the agreed budget, you shouldn’t showcase polished samples to secure bookings. It feels misleading. Please save yourself the emotional stress and choose someone who values their clients and their craft. This experience has been heartbreaking.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Rahul. Despite giving him the full payment well in advance, he failed to deliver on key commitments that were clearly discussed beforehand. One major letdown was his complete denial of having agreed to take portraits, which was something he had initially promised. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he responded in a rude and argumentative tone, showing no sense of professionalism or accountability. The interaction turned unnecessarily unpleasant due to his behavior. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking Mr. Rahul. For something as important and personal as photography, professionalism and clear communication are essential — unfortunately, both were missing in this experience. Not recommended at all.

We have booked them many times for our family functions and we been very satisfied with the end result. They are professional yet they listen to you and your requirements. They make sure they go an extra level to shoot things as you wish. Prateek n team has always been my favorite for what they offer with respect to fees they charge. I will definitely recommend them strongly.

I had perfect pixel team for both my sister’s wedding & my own. From the first contact till the delivery, everything was just wonderful. They were very responsive and understood what I needed. They clicked some amazing shots and my cinematic was just fab. The finishing of the pictures was so subtle & natural.
