Very poor service by there Capital Graphic Industrial area team. We always call them before coming that " Sir printing ho jaygi" they always say yes.But when we reach there ...designer use to send comand and after that there gawar machine handling person (Laxman)use to say take your print tomorrow we don't have time, lots of jobs are pending. I always use to reach there 3 pm and get free by 8pm. I use to waste my 5 hours there just to print 500 sheets. Don't go for ₹7 print, they just waste your 5 hours to get your job done and sometimes they simple say no by wasting your 3 hours. If you don't handle your business just shut it down but don't waste people times by calling them and harshing them. Very bad experience, and multiple times. They already have too much business and they don’t care about you, your time and your hard earned money. I was referred to them by my designer and went there hearing good things. Only go if you have support staff, ample time and a large business. For small business owners it’s a no-no. The designers take way too long and are arrogant. They mess up your order, and take no responsibility. Only good point was printing job was quite nice.

Capital Graphics is hands down the best place for printing work and corporate gifting! I recently bought a customized hoodie from them, and the quality is amazing—very nice stuff at a surprisingly affordable price. I had a fantastic experience, and I must especially mention that the staff is very good and professional.
