It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to take the time to do justice to this boutique that is owned by a wonderful and graceful young girl, Preety. My husband and I went to Chandigarh early Feb 2025, to do shopping for two weddings. This place was recommended by a friend. We made an appointment with Preety. She was there on time. She was very warm and welcoming. Preety helped me select numerous outfits for myself, my 3 daughters and my daughter in law to be. She was very helpful but not overbearing. She worked with the 4 girls over the phone, probably for hours. In fact, she went out of her way to help me with few other items that she wasn't in the business for but knew we were short on time and went out of way to be so kind and helpful. We left after a few days. When our shipment arrived, everything was so perfect for all of us. In fact, my daughter in law's mom and masi had ordered their outfits with a different person. The outfits arrived late, and were not what they had ordered. They looked nothing like the photos. I called Preety and as an emergency basis, she facetimed us from her factory and had her staff work overtime to get new outfits to us 2 days before the wedding. She saved the day! I do not have the words to praise her establishment and her staff. Preety is an amazing business woman and a very warm and caring young lady. I got my engagement dress made from Rosette Couture and had a lovely experience at this boutique. The designer listened to what I had in mind and helped me choose something that felt very me. She brought the idea of my engagement outfit to life. What really impressed me was the attention to detail, the fabric, embroidery and colour scheme of garments. Their collection is thoughtfully curated with pieces that feel both elegant and regal. Besides my outfit, both my mother and maasi too had an amazing experience getting their outfits designed from this boutique.
