Went to Poshak with mother. First class experience with staff on all floors. Excellent customer service and latest quality ladies gowns and bridal dresses at a reasonable price. Best place in north India for all ladies bride dresses.

Honestly the staff doesn't understands humility . It was my first experience with the brand and what an unprofessional behaviour , i asked for specific saree preference not to waste my or their time but the attitude was so dismissive that I couldn't even sit there for another minute .when i was leaving the same style was displayed for another customer and that man had the audacity to say if this is what you are asking for it is of higher range around 18k, when did I mention that range is crux for me ?. So kudos to you people who literally turned my first experience to a lesson that if you want to spend your money spend it on a good experience and not just for what you are buying .

It was a great experience and really refreshing to see designs that are not old school! My fiancee wanted to buy something that suits her and after multiple shops and feeling like nothing suits her! She was able to find it here in 10 minutes. Overall great experience and fine collection!
