Absolutely the worst experience ever. Jain Fashion Market in Sector 19 is a complete scam. We went there to rent a lehenga. After choosing the lehenga, the staff told us the rent was ₹2500. I clearly said that my sister is on the way and she will make the payment. We will confirm the booking within 10 minutes. The guy said, "Right now the rent is ₹2500, it may increase later." Still, we told him to consider it final and we would confirm shortly. As promised, we returned within 10 minutes – and shockingly, they now said the rent is ₹3500! Are you serious? You increased the price in just 10 minutes? This is nothing but cheating and taking advantage of customers. They don’t know how to talk, they are rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. There’s zero value for commitment or honesty here. I have never seen such pathetic customer service. If this is how you treat people, you don’t deserve business at all. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop. Instead, go to Bittu Fashion Sector 19 – their staff knows how to deal with customers respectfully and professionally. Much better experience there. Jain Fashion should learn something from them.

This business is a complete scam. I paid in advance for a product that was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received nothing but false promises and excuses. It’s clear they have no intention of fulfilling their commitments. This is not just bad service — it’s fraud. Taking money and not delivering the promised product is unethical and illegal. I strongly warn others to stay away from this business. Do not trust them with your money. Report them if you’ve had a similar experience.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Jain Fashioner sec 19-c Palika. I paid an advance for a new product, but what I received was used, torn, and completely unacceptable. This is nothing short of fraud. The owner not only failed to deliver what was promised but also refused to take responsibility for the damaged item. When I tried to raise the issue, the response was rude and unprofessional. No refund, no apology — just excuses. This kind of dishonesty and poor service is completely unacceptable.
