My mother visited your store yesterday, and unfortunately, her experience was not pleasant. The customer service felt unwelcoming, and it seemed the staff were under significant pressure while showing the ornaments. With such a well-known name and reputation, customers expect a warm and professional experience. As a long-time admirer of your brand, I believe that good customer service should reflect the image you promote in your advertisements and videos. I hope you will take this feedback positively and work on improving the in-store experience for future customers.They should understand the need of customer.

Very poor service of pp jewellers. They don’t even recognise their own jewellery. When you go to buy from them they will welcome you but once you buy it and in case you want to change or return your jewellery they start making excuses. The most terrible part is they don’t have the record maintained. Their data is either lost or crashed many times. Worst experience with them. I will strongly recommend everyone not to buy any jewellery from them. When a jeweller is not able to recognise their own jewellery then o think everyone can understand what they are selling. The staff also is so inexperienced, inefficient and least interested in guiding the customers. Terrible experience. Save yourself from being fooled by them.
