नाम बड़े एंड दर्शन छोटे।। The resort staff is absolutely unprofessional....We had come for an event of anniversary celebration. We had given the requirement of 115 persons however only 50 chairs and 4 sofas were placed citing that other functions are also going...You can imagine that the hotel doesn't have enough chairs for the guest then why are they taking the booking...Just to make money and provide poor services.. Also, the floor mat was not placed properly despite telling the staff 5 times. This led to 02 of our guest getting entangled and fell on floor. And the manager gives justification that your guest couldn't walk properly so it's not hotel's mistake... They didn't provide dry snacks for which they had charged..Many more such things had happened which were get unpleasant and clearly indicates about the status of hotels professional competence and their hiraracy....So, I urge everyone to be extra careful while thinking of Booking Vrandavan Resort, Hoshangabad road as they make the tall promises in the starting but don't deliver at all....

Falls commitments by the resort owner and equally unprofessional staff.. Manager Prathibha doesnt know much. Poor arrangement despite coordinating for 8-9 months..The senior hirarchy was seldom availble for discussion, with no regards to guest timings.. Most unpunctual in handling the guest for discussion.. overall , caution to be exercised before conducting any event there....
