Safal Retreat

A very nice place for the weddings and other functions. Food and service is up to the mark, maybe slightly overpriced but acceptable. The location and landscape is good. They have a big lawn for outdoor use, a nice and big banquet and cozy rooms for staying. Overall the property is good and we had fun at the wedding. Thanks Safal Retreat and other agencies for making such wonderful arrangements for my sister's wedding. 🙏🏻🤝🏻🫶🏻💗

The food of the restaurant is epic. We had chicken and mutton, both were soft ,succulent, spicy and dark colored. The place is very neat and clean. Dinner at night in the restaurant, with greenery around is very soothing and serene.

My Honest Review My experience at Safal Retreat, Bhopal was honestly disappointing. The Google rating feels misleading, and based on my visit, it does not match the reality. The ambience was very dark, with improper lighting, which affected the overall experience. The place is unnecessarily expensive, and the quality of food and service does not justify the pricing at all. Nothing stood out as impressive. For the same budget, there are much better options available in Bhopal that offer better ambience, value, and quality. This is just my honest personal experience, so I would suggest people to think twice before relying only on the ratings.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this hotel and banquet hall. If you’re planning any event or even a short stay, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, the service was unprofessional, slow, and completely disorganized. The staff seemed uninterested and poorly trained. Every request felt like a burden to them. The rooms were dirty, with stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, and a foul smell that never went away. Basic amenities were missing, and despite complaining multiple times, no one bothered to fix anything. The banquet hall was even worse. The event started late because the setup wasn’t ready, the decorations were half done, and the sound system kept malfunctioning. Guests were extremely uncomfortable. The food was cold, tasteless, and poorly presented, nothing like what was promised. For the price they charge, the experience was shocking. Absolutely no value for money. This place needs serious management changes because right now it is a complete mess. I would never recommend this hotel or banquet hall to anyone.
