I have visited a few times and had a pleasant stay each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is really good. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is nice. The location is convenient, making it a good choice for both business trips and leisure stays.

One of the best experience we had at Sayaji.. Such an honest staff who found our bag at balay parking and it was immediately dropped at the reception. We left the hope though but it was a good extremely touching that the bag was in the lost and found department and was handed over to us well packed.

My Fiance came from USA to stay at this place for our engagement. This place is very overhyped. They have problems with even the basic amenities like the shower drainage which clogs and overflows. Their room service is extremely slow and their food is mediocre at the most. There is no light on the road outside the premises of this hotel so it feels very unsafe for anyone to stay here if you belong to another country. We had our engagement ceremony here and the DJ left right in the middle of it. When ordering somehow from the kitchen it takes forever for them to bring the food. They recommended this decorator Mohsin who is extremely overpriced who will force you to book early with insane prices however when we refused him they recommend us someone who did the job with half the price and did an amazing job with the decorations, the hotel is just a money making machine for themselves and the people they have tie ups with. Just horrible experience. No hosting skills and extremely overhyped prices.

I happened to stay at the hotel by chance and the experience turned out to be really well... The staff were very warm and helpful. I wish them luck for ensuring the same in future too with all the customers.
