Citrus Prime Hotel & Resorts Bhopal

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff made the experience truly memorable with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to the reception– Bulbul and uzzam- who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the genuine care and kindness shown by the people working here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I look forward to coming back again.

I stayed at Citrus Prime Bhopal in the last week of November, booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT). Positive points: • The room provided to me was clean • The location is okay and accessible Main issue: The biggest problem is the mismatch between the room photos shown on MMT and the actual room provided by the hotel. The pictures displayed on MakeMyTrip give a completely different impression compared to reality. I felt cheated by MakeMyTrip because the room did not match what was advertised at the time of booking. When I raised this concern with the hotel staff, they informed me that they have requested MMT multiple times to update the photos, but MMT has not done so. I also requested the hotel staff to provide me the same category/room as shown in the MMT photos, but they denied, stating it was not possible. This creates confusion and disappointment for customers. Transparency is very important while booking hotels online. Either the photos on MMT should be updated immediately, or the hotel should provide rooms that match the advertised images. Overall, the stay was average, but the false representation on MMT seriously affects trust. I hope both the hotel and MakeMyTrip take responsibility and fix this issue for future guests.
