I waited a long time to post this review, but I’m sharing it now in the hope that it helps someone avoid disappointment on an important day. I understand that every team can have good days and bad days. Unfortunately, choosing Kameraworks as the photographer for my wedding turned out to be a decision that still makes me sad. 1. There was no solo portrait photography of the groom at all, except during the varmala. I’m not sure if this was something that needed to be explicitly discussed beforehand, but it was heartbreaking to realize later that there were absolutely no individual groom portraits from the three main functions - haldi, sangeet, and pheras. To add to the disappointment, I cannot even hunt down a perfect couple picture till date to post on any social media account. 2. The overall shot quality was below average. 3. The editing was also poor. Most of the final videos are dominated by haldi footage, while the other functions appear to have received very little attention. 4. The raw videos from the sangeet are not complete recordings. They consist only of a few-second clips, even though there were performances that lasted several minutes and were clearly worth capturing in full. 5. The pheras were also a live dj singing for our pheras, the raw footage does not contain even a single phera recorded in full. In contrast, the haldi function was properly covered, which makes me question whether the team was simply inattentive or unaware of the importance of the other ceremonies. If you still choose to go ahead with this team, I strongly recommend discussing expectations in detail beforehand. There is no way for me to go back and fix these memories, but I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback constructively and focuses on improving the team, rather than being defensive, as my experience has been since day one.
