I went to Shasha’s Salon for hair smoothening and was charged ₹7,500 for mid-length hair. The owner herself was busy attending to other customers and asked her helpers to do the entire procedure. If I’m paying the full amount, I expect proper attention and responsibility from the person in charge. The process took 6 hours, and I was guaranteed that the results would last at least 6 months. Shockingly, my hair went back to the same state in just 20 days. The curls returned, and my hair actually became more dry, rough, and frizzy than before. Honestly, my hair was much better before this so-called treatment. This was a complete waste of time and Money. I would not recommend this salon for smoothening at all. Don’t try to downplay the price now. I raised my concern immediately over call, and your exact words were that you “might have made a mistake.” For your information, this is not the first time I’ve done smoothening. I’ve been getting this treatment every year since 2021, so I know exactly how to care for my hair afterward. Please stop assuming I don’t know the basics. Also, let’s be honest here, Mrs. Sharda was barely there for 2–3 minutes. The entire procedure-straightening, blow-drying, washing, product application was done by her husband and an assistant. Please recall things properly before justifying yourself with half-truths. And why does it even bother you if I’m writing my review in 2025? I took the service in last November (not that long ago), and if you know so well where I traveled, let me clarify: "Thailand is NOT a hill station". I went there after 20 days, not immediately after treatment. Most importantly, as soon as my hair went back to its original state, I shared the before-and-after pictures with you on WhatsApp. You yourself asked me to come over, and when I did, guess what your salon was closed! So please don’t twist facts. Instead of wasting time defending yourself with excuses, maybe start focusing on actually delivering the service you promise and respecting the time, money, and trust of your customers.
