The worst shop in new market. I purchased a suit from this store, but unfortunately there was no trial room available. The staff assured me it would fit, but when I came back to return it (since it didn’t fit), they refused to take it back. At the time of purchase, they never informed us that returns are not allowed. Even while asking for an exchange, there was nothing good to choose from. This is highly unprofessional, as the mistake was on their end for not allowing trials and not clarifying their return policy. Very disappointing experience.
