Owner( the person sitting at counter) is very Rude and don't have any sense how to talk to clients. I bought some cloths as a gift for my sister and the sales girl assured that I can exchange if it does't fit her, when i went back to exchange, the man at the counter got very irritated and shouted , that was very embarrassing. Though the sales girl was nice and appologised. Yet this was probably the last time i bought anything from Shagun Dear Team Shagun Thanks for replying and taking ownership of your action, I understand that due to any reason that person may be irritated or upset, well, we all have bad days,yet please make sure that irritation does not pass on to your customers. Whenever a customer comes to shop or exchange clothes, they come with a very happy mind and end up shopping even more, plus it also develops a bond of trust,so its a win- win situation for both. Thats why many big retail outlets like westside etc have easy exchange policies and their staff is trained to handle client queries with politeness. Bad behaviour with customers actually ruin their mood for entire day. However I like to support local business and shops and like your collection of cloths. Hope you will improve on the staff training to give more happy shopping experiences to your customers. Very costly shop. Clothes are not worth penney. They also have tailoring service. My advice to everyone not to come here for tailoring work. There fitting is very bad. You need to come 2-3 times for alteration. Also they charge Rs 800 for making a salwar suit. Who the hell charge Rs 800 for making a suit. One can purchase a readymade suit at this price. My suggestion, don't waste your time and money at this place.
