"Terrible customer experience" My first visit to Nakhrali turned into a complete disappointment. I walked into this shop expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but what I faced was sheer ignorance and unacceptable behavior from the staff. The salesman didn’t bother to attend to me at all—he let me stand there as if I didn’t exist. When I finally asked about their collection, he casually said, “Whatever is there, that’s our collection,” without even attempting to show me a single thing.He was completely disinterested, rude, and acted attending a customer like me was pointless. Even when I asked for assistance, the person attending another customer had to call him, and only then did he show up—with the same indifferent attitude. If this is how they treat customers, I genuinely don’t understand how they claim to offer any sort of ‘customer service.’ This was my first visit and definitely my last. Nakhrali seriously needs to rethink how they train their staff, because no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. A shop that can’t even be bothered to attend to its customers shouldn’t expect them to ever return.

Absolutely loved my online shopping experience at Nakhrali! If you're looking for the best ethnic and traditional wear, this is the place to be. The collection is stunning – from elegant sarees and lehengas to beautifully crafted kurtas and indo western dresses. The quality of the fabric and intricate detailing on the outfits really stood out. The staff I connected with through helpline number was very warm, helpful, and gave genuine advice for styling and fittings. They also had a great range of sizes which is a huge plus.

I have shopping from you guys since last one year and it has always been online purchase but the way you and your team handles the customer is wow...there is always this personal touch even buying online...and you don't need to be a celebrity/influencer for the purchase.. One person is dedicated for you all the time...call you..updates you..what else you need as a customer.. You guys are awesome..keep rising keep shining.. ♥️♥️
