"I'm extremely disappointed with their unprofessional service and lack of customer care. I had dropped off my piece after Diwali, and as per their own estimate, it was supposed to be ready by November 18th. I needed it for a special occasion, but they called me saying they'd need 3 more days, which I reluctantly agreed to. Fast forward to today, December 6th, and I'm still waiting! That's a whopping 18 days of delay, and every time I call, they give me the same old 'it's not ready' excuse. I feel like my time and money are being completely wasted. Their lack of respect for customers is appalling. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them - there are far better options available. If I could give them a rating, it would be a big fat zero. Unacceptable service!"

Great experience with this boutique, stitching and finishing is perfect and they give trendy suggestions as per outfit, Harsha and staff is very nice and welcoming. You have to take appointment for visiting and trials which is very good because we don't have to wait and full attention is given to us and our queries.
