The collection is excellent but the services and very bad...The staff is arrogant and lazy , they are never interested in showing more than 5 sarees and expect to purchase amongst them only even to the potential customers who can bulk purchase up to 50 to 60 thousand at a time. Although I myself is seeing the same staff for more than 15 years and Durlabh owner never accept their staff 's misbehavior. This is affecting their sales as there is competition for every product.

Absolutely loved my experience at this Durlabh Saree Shop in Bhopal! The collection is stunning, with various beautiful sarees in different fabrics, colours, and designs. The staff was accommodating and patient, guiding me through the options and helping me find the perfect saree for my occasion. They were knowledgeable about the fabrics and offered great suggestions. The prices were very reasonable compared to the government showroom next to this shop especially considering the quality of the sarees. Nice in location, ample paid parking for 4 wheelers and free for 2 wheelers. In general discout offers available each month. Collection is good, little bit costlier than other but staff is much friendly with their customers. Normal but attractive range is from Rs. 1500 and above, subjected to change as per season. Membership Card holders can avail extra 5% (applicable time to time, must confirm before shopping).
