However, one drawback was their policy of not allowing sarees to be draped, even after purchase, which could be inconvenient for some customers. Since all the sarees are handmade, the prices are understandably on the higher side. But considering the quality, intricate designs, and the cause of supporting the handloom industry, the pricing feels justified. This store is ideal for those looking for authentic and premium silk sarees while contributing to a dying art form. Overall, I loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking timeless, handmade sarees. Just be mindful of the no-drape policy and the premium pricing. This place is perfect for those who appreciate quality and tradition.

My experience was not so good. I bought a tissue saree for 13300. The blouse tore from several places in a single wear. The Bhopal store staff has no clue on how to help. Several e mails and calls to Chennai office was very frustrating. Now they are offering only to replace the blouse in a contrast colour. I can also buy a blouse piece in 200 -300 rs. What guarantee is there that the saree will not tear from places just like the blouse since the blouse is of the same material and a cut from 6 mtr saree. 😔
