Shweta was an absolute delight to work with. We reached out to her just a week before our Mehendi, Sangeet, and Cocktail event, and we were skeptical with this timeframe. But she hustled and got it all done. As soon as we gave her a gist of what we wanted, she had decor ideas, color themes, layout setup, etc. all within a day. We had so many questions about BLR Club (the venue) - layout, what’s allowed and what’s not, etc., but she explained everything to the dot. What I appreciated the most was that she knew the urgency, and even came with us to the BLR club office to sort out what needs to be done, and what we would require for our event. It was such a relief. She organised fab LED screens, mehendi booths, round tables & chairs, bride-groom couch, party poppers, customised name boards, lighting, and a beautiful backdrop for our photobooth area as well. The materials that she used were good quality and so elegant. Everything was very thoughtful, detailed and Shweta has a personality to work with - it made us feel at ease. I would recommend her blindly to anyone who is after a great event planner in Bangalore, and especially if its in BLR Club because she knows it all.

Shweta does a really good job, always available over calls . Always has a lot of options to show . I had her do my functions for 2 days , and it was then best decision I made. She went over and beyond to make the decor look amazing. She has her own ideas which work wonders. Any events or functions or home functions please call her and you don’t have anything to worry about .

Shweta helped us plan our parents 50th anniversary which was spread across 2 days and she did an amazing Job. She was always reachable and had some brilliant ideas. The decor she did was very classy and she was there always from beginning to the end for all the events. She took whatever we were looking for and made it better. Will definitely approach her in future too.

Celebrators, managed by Shweta helped me plan and celebrate a surprise party for my husband's 50th birthday. Everything was flawlessly done. She had great ideas and has a wonderful team to execute them. Shweta has a superb network of entertainers and service provider, who are super efficient.
