We attended a wedding of approximately 500 to 600 person. The ceremony was kept in banquet Hall. There was valley parking and the cars were parked in nearby plots.. food was good and delicious. Washrooms were reasonably good and clean.
Hello dear Friends . Today I have noticed that along with good food, spoiled food is also served here. When questioned, they simply say it was a mistake, but it seems to be a regular practice. I request all my friends to be cautious. For your safety, avoid booking here in the future, as mixing bad food can cause serious health problems.
I have attended the mariage ceremony of my cousin daughter. It was excellent place and the food is delicious. Hope to visit again.
We recently organize our engagement function here with around 600 guests, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. (Pathetic) - Food Quality: The food served on the day was very different from what we had tasted during the menu selection. The quality and taste were not up to the mark, which was highly disheartening. - Parking Mismanagement: At the time of booking, we were promised parking in Basement 1 & 2 along with AMC Parking beside the venue. However, on the day of the event, due to another function being held, they refused to provide us with the promised basement parking. This caused huge inconvenience for our guests. - Service Issues: The service was very slow and insufficient for a gathering of 600 people. Clearly, the number of staff provided was not enough. - Broken Commitments: They had committed to providing ambient speaker music in the dining area, but it was not arranged. To make matters worse, they even closed a few food counters during dinner (perhaps for cost-cutting), which we found highly unethical and unprofessional. - Management Behaviour: The manager, Mr. Shekhar, was extremely uncooperative. Instead of handling concerns politely, he argued with us in harsh and offensive language, showing no accountability or responsibility. Overall, the services provided were far below the commitments made at the time of booking. A special occasion like an engagement deserves smooth arrangements, but the lack of professionalism, poor service, and mismanagement left us very dissatisfied!
recently hosted my function at Kristar Hotel, and I was extremely disappointed with both the management and the food quality. The counters were poorly arranged, the soup had a foul smell, and the rotis were very hard. As the host, I felt let down, and this was by far the worst experience I have had with any hotelβs food and management.
